Do you know what happens when Mrs. C. gets into the kitchen? Christmas magic! No, really. Elves love baking up Christmas treats when they aren’t busy decorating, making toys, singing carols, wrapping presents, and painting the stripes on candy canes.

At it again!
Well, Mrs. C. is at it again with a new recipe. Sometimes she brings them to the store on the weekend to pass out to shoppers who visit. So, you can come by to try our new Hot Cocoa Krispie Treats!
These yummy, gooey, chocolate-y treats are made with Santa’s Sleigh Christmas Shoppe’s custom hot cocoa mix. This is what happens when we have hot cocoa mix to sell and a giant box of jumbo marshmallows to use up!
Why do we have a giant box of jumbo marshmallows? Funny story! We were getting ready for Boerne’s annual Chocolate Walk back in January. Chocolate Walk is a ticketed event to raise money for Boerne Parks and Recreation. Every year we make over 300 custom chocolate gifts for the ticket holders!
This year, we gifted chocolate dipped marshmallows. However, we were afraid of clearing the shelves of all jumbo marshmallows within driving distance. So, we ordered them online. But then, a whole box of the marshmallows were delayed! So, we raided the stores after all. (Sorry, H.E.Buddy) Then, the marshmallows arrived!
We’ve been eating marshmallows non-stop since February.
So, I sincerely hope you can come visit us at the store and eat some s’more treats with us. We might just finish the box within the year.
