The Humble Carpenter Nativity Tree

The Humble Carpenter Nativity Tree!
Every year we create a themed area to focus on our many nativities. Last year we were inspired by the beauty of the humility in Christ’s birth. We used wood, linen whites, metals, and hay with just touches of gold and silver. The ornaments themselves were almost exclusively nativity related, crosses, and inscribed with Scripture verses and hymn lyrics.
We, also, hand selected nativities to match the tree. They came in creams, golds, and silvers and lots of wood or wood look. It was perfect with our new line of Willow Tree figurines.
It was a lovely tree, peaceful and perfect for a natural, but reverent look. This year, our Nativity Tree will be much more striking. We can’t wait to show it to you! So, visit us soon. In the meantime, we will continue to showcase our 2016 trees every Sunday.

The 2016 Hunter's Cabin Tree …

The 2016 Hunter’s Cabin Tree
Time for another Sunday Feature tree. Every year we design a tree just for the guys, and 2016’s tree brought the wildlife into your wild man’s man cave. We used red and black buffalo plaid and leather like ribbons, red bead garland hung like dried crab apples, pine cones, and red lanterns to create this rustic, masculine tree. We, also, added a couple elves trecking through the top on search for the perfect tree to cut down and bring home. A lot of great decorating techniques on this tree. We can’t wait to see it’s 2017 replacement.
